Review on Kawasaki NINJA 650 R :

NINJA is a trademark series of KAWASAKI sports bikes.kawasaki motors launched this  bike in the year 2010.This  is a 649 cc bike with quickrevving,parallel twin engine. This bike is provided with  lip at the top of windscreen deflects air away from rider.Low seat height and slimdesign make it easy to plant both feetfirmly on ground when stopped.  It has an aggressive supporting  look due to sharp edged lines.The bike is provided with digital speedometer,odometer,dual trip meters,bar style digital tachometer.

Technical specifications :

Engine of NINJA 650 R is liquid cooled 4 stroke DOHC(Double Over Head Camshaft) with 4 valves per cylinder.The bike has a displacement of 649cc and fuel tank capacity is 4.1 gal.Generally DOHC engines are multivalve engines and are characterized by 2 cam shafts located with in the cylinder head(one operating the intake valves and other operating the exhaust valves.The advantage of DOHC engine is it provides more horse power with smaller engine volume.Liquid cooled engines work better in hot weather,regulate engine operating temperature.

Ignition system used in this bike is digital CDI(Capacitor Discharge Ignition System).This type of system also filters fuel before it enters the engine which is effective.This type of fuel injection and a three way catalyzer inside the exhaust produce low emissions and able to pass the EURO-III EMISSION REGULATIONS.The rubber rear engine mounts keep low vibration and provide better vibrational control.

 NINJA 650 R is incorporated with O-ring chain which is specialized type of roller chain used in transmission of mechanical power from one sprocket to other .

Suspension :

This bike is provided with hydraulic telescopic fork which allow the front wheel to react to imperfections on the road while isolating the rest of motorcycle from that motion and giving the rider a comfortable drive.

Firm Grip :

Due to front tyre size of 120/70-17 ,Rear tyre size of  160/60-17 and front brakes(dual 300mm petal disc with 2 piston caliper) the bike has better grip over the road.
